Season Premiere
TUESDAY, JUNE 23rd @ 5:30 MST
Digital Aliveness is the first season of Repertoire, a series of spiritual workshops from Nameless Mountain.
No more digital detoxes, dopamine fasts or shaming yourself for screen time. The Internet is now as much a part of reality as the physical world. Digital life is real life. It’s time we learned how to be mindful and courageous while also being very online.
Repertoire is our flagship program focused on strengthening the sense of self in an increasingly chaotic, digital, fragmenting world. It is taught by Gabe Broussard and Leela Henderson.
In this weekly, practice-based workshop, we’ll explore how to stay true to one’s self in a life lived primarily online. We’ll:
learn to re-embody while using our devices
repair the habits of dissociation, dehumanization and shame we’ve allowed ourselves to be trained into
upgrade or replace aspects of digital life that aren’t currently healthy or satisfying
learn to stay strong in the face of malignant social manipulation, propaganda and ideology
practice maintaining our wisest, most compassionate selves across all of the contexts in which we live.
Digital Aliveness is a 12-week workshop, but you don’t have to sign up for all of it. You can come and go as you are able, attending the workshops you can. Videos of past episodes will be linked here so you can catch up as needed:
